It must be a great honour to become a owner of a circle , and I am very pappy to be recommended for the owner of a new circle. However, I do not have enough I.C.technique to maintain circles on pasocon.
I am afraid if I will be a owner I can't take care of the circle. And first of all, I don't know how to make up new circle.
But I can understand your saying, I myself also feel changing the things of this circle will be much better than now, the name, photografs, gathering new members, Etc.
