    Speaking of CURRY NABE and CURRY UDON, this is the first time I hear the name "CURRY NABE". Here Aichi Pref. we have CURRY UDON, so I think these "name of foods" are very "local". Thefore, the name of food may change at every place.

    By the way, I ate HOUTOU during this new year holidays at home. Have you ever eaten it ?. It was came from Gunma Pref., and very like KISIMEN of here Aichi Pref.. HOUTOU is much thicker and wider than KISIMEN.
    HOUTOU is cooked as NABE, and KISIMEN is ate like UDON (using DONBURI). MIchelle's feeling seems to just alike this, I guess.
    And also, CURRY is very populler spice of food especialy among young genaration. So, CURRY NABE could be O.K., I think.

「Good Morninbg」
Good Morning every body.

I envy you two are good at cooking.
I don't know about kooking well and my wife always complain about this.

I can't recognize materials and also how to cook.

Everytime, my wife ask me what kind of food you want to take this evening. But I can't answer and always say enything OK.

Then my wife be angry.

「So cold.」
Today is so cold, isn't it.
I was played game by PC, but so cold and bring kerosene heater to upstair where my PC is.

So, this supper "Nabe" may be good.

My mother's berth place is Koufe. And always saied why everybody willing to get "Houtou". It was very coarse food and during war time, have to eat only "Houtou". Nowerday, "Houtou" has many visitabls and meets, but original one has nothing. Same as "Suiton" in the war era.
