先程、意見の述べる上で、イラン側が報復を辞退する代わりに、イランと周辺の国々を通して支援に対して、会合という名の和平交渉は可能でしょうか？

この現実において、もう再建を視野にした話し合いや投資の目途を行わないと、泥沼化する戦争に突入すると見ています。
その上で、国連の方々において、その戦争後において、勝敗の行方よりも暮らしと知識、貯えを残せる下地作りは出来るのでしょうか？
その点で、この辺で色んな意味において、戦争が起きにくい対立国を作る事であり、それは同時にボクシングで言えば、セコンドの位置する事を意味します。
それは、助力と年配者からの知識を受け入れて、国の再建を図る意味合いを受け入れる事に成ります。
