イランとの交渉を開始する条件として、再戦を行なわない事への約束と破断行為が出た場合の罰則を設けるべきと思います。

国連の方々へ。
核保有国に成る理由において、それも歪な考えで有り、本来の考えにおいて、安心して暮らせるようにするための最終兵器で有り、それを使用する事でなく、対立国との和平案と姉妹国を増やす事では無いでしょうか？
その考えにおいて、平和な国々が極端に少なくなる事が問題視する世界に成ろうとしています。
その問題な世界に成らない為に、平和で戦争との恐怖を排除した世界を打ち出す上で、武器や核は必要でしょうか？
その事を踏まえて、会合をお願い致します。

アメリカに対して敗北宣言に対して、注文を付ける事が重要と思います。
自身もイスラエル国の攻撃拡大に懸念を抱いています。
これを止めさせる条件で良いと思うのですが、如何でしょうか？
効かない場合の罰則も視野にお願い致します。

TVやラジオを通して、予想外な攻撃に対して、裏切る行為を見せたイスラエルに、色んな意味でペナルティーの罰則を与える法律やイラン敗北条件にサインと会合の条件を提示して下さい。

イラン情勢だけでなく、周辺の国々にもご迷惑が掛かるからです。
その上で、速やかな和平交渉をお願い致します。
これを杭として警告とする。
